The best ideas can come from anywhere, our duty is to find those ideas; seeking them means choosing to show up eager to understand and appreciate different people and perspectives. Hone our inner child and nurture that innate behavior to be curious. Contribute outside of your specialty by asking questions, challenge each other respectfully and candidly, then fully commit to resolutions and outcomes. Question everything and be forever curious.

A supportive environment is what we rely on to achieve our outcomes and move forward together. The quality of our life is the quality of our communication. -TR Be clear, concise, and candid with both your peers and yourself, and we will move mountains. This is done by building respect from your peers by pushing yourself to be responsive, attentive, transparent, and forthcoming. We believe that communication is the only pathway to growth, and informed people make better decisions. When everyone operates under this premise, growth is inevitable. How do you act when no one is watching? Having integrity is showing up honestly and honorably towards yourself and your peers, rise to your standards and help others rise to theirs. Being consistent with your values and aligning with our actions is the only way to build long-lasting relationships.
